Legendcraft Boats Warranty Registration

LIMITED 2 YEAR WARRANTY
LEGENDCRAFT BOATS, LLC

For a period of two years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser, Legendcraft Boats, LLC warrants each registered boat, under normal use, to be free of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty form must be filled out within 14 days of sale to validate and register boat for warranty purposes.

This Warranty does not apply to the following:

Accident
Commercial Use
Misuse or Racing
Rental Boats
Improper Trailering
If USCG Capacity Plate has been removed
Overpowering according to the Capacity Plate

The liability of Legendcraft Boats, LLC under the foregoing warranty is limited to repair or replacement of such defects by Legendcraft Boats, LLC at its factory and shall not otherwise be liable for any other damages, direct or consequential.

Legendcraft Boats, LLC will repair or replace all defects falling within the above warranty free of labor and material charges if the product is returned to the factory during the warranty period.

Freight charges to and from the factory shall be borne by the owner of the product, not Legendcraft Boats, LLC.

This warranty applies only to the original owner. The judgement of our factory-trained experts is final as to the extent of liability.
